–  According to a report on paternal involvement published by the National Center for Health Statistics, it seems that fathers help out more in their families than commonly assumed. A really good news since the more involved fathers are, the better the outcomes for their offspring.

– Among the parenting activities considered in the study about the younger children were eating with or feeding them, bathing, diapering and dressing them, playing with them and reading to them. Interestingly, as much as 90% of the interviewed fathers said that they were doing a good job or better.
