Encouraging Parents to Disconnect from their Digital Gadgets

- All over the world, parents are becoming more and more reliant on digital gadgets and devices to pacify their children. The increase of parents practicing "digital nannying" to compensate for their lack of attention or absence towards their kids is worrisome.

- In Malaysia, the Positive Parenting Programme launched a national campaign in order to encourage parents to disconnect from their devices and to reconnect with their children. The aim of this operation is for families to look for better ways to have fun together while enjoying quality family time.
